If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14 - day return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be in the same condition as received (unused, with original packaging and tags).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Incorrect

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:


  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

(Note: As our store focuses on children’s toys, categories such as perishable goods or hazardous materials do not apply.)

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first.

Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved:


  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
